RETURNS

We're sure that you will fall totally head over heels for your new Redressed item but we keep shit real here, and we get that sometimes things don't work out the way we wanted - c'est la vie. If for whatever reason your order isn't quite right for you, that's cool. We have a simple returns/exchanges process. Just kick off the returns process within 30 days of having received your item. We simply ask that you return the item/s in its original packaging in a suitable resale condition. Items that have been worn or washed, marked with scents such as perfume, laundry detergent/fabric freshener or aerosols, soiled with make-up or deodorant marks and not received in their original condition may not be accepted for returns.

CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES RETURNS POLICY

(SWEATSHIRTS, T-SHIRTS, CROP TOPS, BAGS, HEADWEAR, SOCKS)

As long as the item has not been worn or washed (i.e marked with perfume, laundry detergent/fabric freshener scents or scented sprays, soiled with make-up or deodorant marks) and is returned in its original condition and suitable for re-sale then it is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. You can return for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

 

SALE ITEMS

Please note all SALE items purchased are final and unable to be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.

SALE items to be sold in conjunction with any other discount or coupon code.

We reserve the right to cancel the sale if purchased with multiple discounts applied. 

 

COSMETICS

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cosmetics from our GLITPOP brand.

 

HOW TO RETURN

If your item is eligible you can begin the returns process here. 
Once you have checked that your items are suitable for return and meet our returns policy you have 30 days from receipt to get the items back to us. Please include the Return/Exchange slip which came with your order so we can easily identify you and smoothly process your return/refund. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost and method of return. It is advised to use a service which is insured or tracked as we cannot be responsible for any returns that have gone missing in the post - PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF RETURN POSTAGE. Once we have received your return items we will process a refund, exchange or store credit (depending on your preference) within 7 working days.
